An ideal training session is approximately 2 - 3 hours (eg block out an afternoon) but will happily go longer to answer questions (or as long as people's concentration holds).
In the week prior to the training session we request access to your Google accounts so that we can review - in order to make the training as relevant as possible.
We usually spend 3 hours in preparation before the session going through your Analytics, AdWords and Search Console data, as well as reviewing your site, so that the training session can be as relevant and meaningful as possible.
During the training session we also highlight issues and work with you to resolve them there and then. A good example is setting up Google Analytics Goals - we show you how to do this and then help you set them up during the sessions.
