The HealthCheck does not include implementation or changes to your portal - it is a review and set of recommendations only.

Once we have commenced your HubSpot HealthCheck it usually takes between one and two weeks to prepare the initial report, and schedule the first one-to-one call with you.
If you have a HubSpot Marketing Pro or Enterprise portal, this is ideal for you. If you have HubSpot Sales Pro or Enterprise as well, this is even better.
If you only have Marketing Free or Starter, this probably isn't ideal for you.

We typically advise a waiting time of 3-4 weeks before we can commence your HealthCheck, however this depends on how many in the queue ahead of you, as well as the size of those portals.

If you're already working with a Hubspot Partner Agency, then as a first step we suggest you chat with them about doing a review of your portal - getting us involved will probably just complicate things.
But as with all things... it depends. It will depend what you've engaged your existing agency to do - it might just be strategy or specific campaigns. In cases like that, bringing us in may be useful - but check with your agency first - we don't want to be treading on anyone's toes.
